Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and planning of complex electrical and instrumentation systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Manage instrumentation and control system designs, from straightforward to highly complex projects.
  • Coordinate and conduct construction project services such as field verification, inspections, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
  • Develop and present detailed design documents, hydraulic calculations, heat/material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, process instrumentation selection, piping materials selection, and process safety studies.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
  • 8–10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within architectural engineering (A/E), particularly supporting chemical, heavy industrial, or manufacturing projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical system design, process instrumentation, and project management.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD required; experience with Navisworks is advantageous.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
