Responsibilities

- Act as the day-to-day contact for campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

- Collect and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Research and identify target audiences, trends, and behaviors to inform buying strategies.

- Manage campaign budgets and measure ROI.

- Set up, QA, and troubleshoot tracking and conversion systems.

- Develop and present reporting deliverables (monthly/quarterly), highlighting results and optimizations.

- Coordinate across platforms to ensure campaign efficiency and strong client results.

 

What You’ll Bring

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in media planning and buying (traditional and/or digital).

- Proficiency in research tools such as Strata, Advantage, PrimeLingo, The Trade Desk, or Tableau.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, or other DSPs.

- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

- Exceptional communication skills with client-facing experience.

- Self-awareness, professional presentation, and the ability to “read the room.”

- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

 

Nice-to-Haves

- Familiarity with both traditional and programmatic platforms.

- Experience balancing multiple campaigns across industries.

- Ability to identify insights beyond surface-level data.

 

Role Details

- Location: Hybrid within driving distance (up to ~3 hours).

- Openings: 2

- Work Hours: Standard 8–5 (flexible), ~43 hours/week.

- Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience).

- Travel: Occasional domestic travel (1–2x/year) to client sites.

- Start Date: ASAP.
