Position: Electrical Technician

Location: Cofield, NC 

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and automation systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and electronic systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
• Drive equipment repairs and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with operations teams to optimize system performance.
• Assist with documentation and provide training on procedures and equipment.
• Uphold and promote a safety-first culture and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Must Haves for the Role: 

• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work rotating shifts

Pluses for the Role:

• 4+ years in electrical maintenance or automation systems
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
• Leadership experience
