Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fully Onsite
Pay: $45,000–$55,000 base + commission + incentives
Location: Greenville, SC 29615

Role Overview

Our client, a 2024 Best Place to Work winner and one of South Carolina’s fastest-growing companies, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who brings steady energy, a growth mindset and a true team-first attitude. In this role you’ll guide customers to the right parts, build strong vendor relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment founded on trust, humility and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

•    Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online requests for information
•    Make outbound calls to existing customers and referrals
•    Research part manuals and provide accurate product information
•    Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing and availability
•    Manage customer records and interactions in Salesforce (CRM)
•    Support upsells and cross-sell opportunities
•    Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership in an industrial sales environment

Requirements

•    Minimum two years of inside sales experience (industrial parts preferred)
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office
•    Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Shopify
•    Able to manage multiple systems, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced setting
•    Experience working with modern sales tools and able to adjust quickly as systems evolve
