Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter – Direct Placement (100% Commission)

Location: Remote or Greenville, SC
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based. 50/50 split in the first year. 40/60 split in year 2 if minimum targets are hit. 

About the Role:
We are looking for a self-driven, full-desk recruiter to own the entire direct placement process—from client acquisition to candidate close. This is a pure commission role for someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, and close deals in the IT, Engineering, and Professional sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business by targeting hiring managers and decision-makers
• Manage client relationships and drive direct hire job orders
• Source, screen, and place top-tier talent in permanent roles
• Negotiate fees, offers, and close placements
• Own your desk and run it like a business

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in full-desk recruiting or staffing sales
• Strong knowledge of IT, Engineering, and/or Professional verticals
• Grit, urgency, and a track record of closing deals
